Preoperative preparation: water intake forbidden
Preoperative Medication: compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 137.15 g in 2000ml water; oral administration.
1.Terminal ileum 2. transverse colon 3. sigmoid colon 4. sigmoid colon
Examination findings:terminal ileum: no abnormalities observed.
ileocecal junction: it shows labial appearance, normal vasomotor, appendiceal fossa exists, cecum mucosa is smooth, did not see ulcer and neoplasm.
The mucosa of the ascending colon, transverse colon and descending colon were smooth, and the vascular texture was clear. No ulcer or excrescence.
Sigmoid colon: pigmentation by submucosal injection was observed 35cm away from the anus, and white paralysis marks were observed after the operation, and ulcers and symbiosis were not observed.
Rectum: mucosa was smooth, vascular texture clear, no ulcer or excrescence.
Biopsy location: Pathological diagnosis:
Examination diagnosis: sigmoid colon EMR post operation
