美国移民局对翻译资质的要求：Please submitcertified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

翻译成中文的意思就是：请提交所有外语文件的翻译认证，翻译员需要宣誓他的翻译是准确无误和忠实原文的，宣誓的内容应该包括宣誓词，翻译机构的名字，地址，签名，日期。当初我是律师找的366翻译社，我现在还保存当时的文件袋，我的那些文件给了我很多份翻译件，以后还可以继续接着用，望采纳。

邮件，微信截图，翻译后，可以作为证据吗？

邮件，微信截图，如果是英文或者其他语种，邮件翻译后，可以作为有效证据，提供给法院，或者仲裁机构，作为证据。

我司已为法院和仲裁机构翻译过很多邮件和微信截图翻译，客户用作法律诉讼和仲裁，可以使用，包含企业间的诉讼，和企业与个人之见的劳动合同纠纷，邮件，微信截图，翻译后，需加盖翻译公司翻译专用章，并提交翻译资格证，法院方可认可。有的法院会有指定翻译机构，但一般法院不会指定，只需要按照上方所说的即可。
