个人信用报告

信用报告翻译英文，签证提交，签证处、大使馆、认可的，有资质的翻译机构，应该是：签证处，移民局，外国医院，大学，银行等单位，对翻译资质认可的非英语国家的翻译公司，例如：

1. 美国加拿大要求official translation ，也叫certified translation

2. 澳大利亚新西兰要求NATTI翻译资质，

3. 欧洲要求sworn translation宣誓翻译。

4. 他们应该包含“这个内容”.

如何体现是有资质的翻译机构翻译的？需要在翻译件上盖章，和翻译件与复印件盖骑缝章，并提交翻译公司营业执照和翻译员资格证书。具体请参考翻译案例。

The original translation must contain confirmation of the following from the translator:(每一份翻译文件都必须包含:)

1.That it is an accurate translation of the original document; (翻译人员确认这是对原始文件的准确翻译；)

2.The translator's full name， qualification and working unit; (翻译人员全名，资质以及工作单位；)

3.The contact details of the working unit; (翻译人员所在工作单位地址及联系方式的详细信息；)

4.The translator's signature; (翻译人员签字；)

5.The date of the translation; (翻译日期；)
