The two parties registered for marriage at the Beijing Haidian District Civil Affairs Bureau on December 2, 2008, and gave birth to a boy in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on December 6, 2015, named aaaaaa; Now, the two parties agree to divorce from each other for emotional discord, and enter into the following agreement of divorce:

I. The husband and the wife are willing to divorce from each other;
II. Child support, alimony and visitation right:
1. The child will be raised by the wife, and living with the wife.
2. The husband shall pay a child support fee of CAD 500 to the child and an allowance of CAD 1500 to the wife on a monthly basis, which shall be remitted to the bank account designated by the wife before the 10th day of each month. The husband shall pay the above fees till December 10, 2033.
3. The husband has the visitation right for the child. Without affecting the living (study) of the wife and the child, the husband shall be allowed to visit the child. The date (time), method and location of the visit shall be subject to the negotiation between the two parties.
III. The common property shall be divided and distributed in accordance with the principles of fairness, rationality, and equality between the two parties:
(1) The property located at 3202, Unit 1, Building 7, Zitengyuan, Phase 5 Chaobaihe Britain Palace, Qigezhuang Town, Hui Autonomous County of Dachang, Langfang City, Hebei (property ownership certificate number: J(2018) purchased after the marriage, with the current marketable price of about CNY 1 Million, shall be vested in and owned by the husband, and the wife shall cooperate with the husband to handle relevant property transfer formalities;
(2) The residential property located at the household registration address purchased after the marriage, which had already been sold prior to the divorce hereunder at the selling price of CNY 4.18 Million; According to the negotiation between the two parties, the husband shall obtain CNY 1.5 Million only and the wife shall obtain CNY 2.68 Million only.
(3) The house located at , purchased after the marriage. The house shall be vested in and owned by the husband, and the mortgage loan to the house shall be undertaken by the husband. The wife shall cooperate with the husband to handle relevant property transfer formalities;
(4) The vehicles, cash, bank deposits and stocks under the marriage shall be owned by their respective holders.
IV. Creditor's Right and Debt None
